1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Calnariq Casino Hotel website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use our Services, make reservations, or stay at our property. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

3.1 Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation number. Rates are per room, per night, based on the number of guests specified in your reservation. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

3.2 Guaranteed Reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate plan and dates of your reservation. Please review the specific policies provided at the time of booking. In general, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

3.4 No-Shows

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification, your reservation may be canceled, and you may be charged a no-show fee equivalent to one night's stay.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1 Check-In Time

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available based on room availability and may be subject to an additional fee.

4.2 Check-Out Time

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available based on room availability and may be subject to an additional fee.

4.3 Identification Requirements

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a passport or driver's license) and a valid credit card at check-in.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Room Rates and Taxes

All room rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

5.2 Resort Fee

A daily resort fee of $45 per room, per night (plus applicable taxes) will be charged in addition to the room rate. The resort fee includes Wi-Fi access, fitness center access, pool access, and other amenities specified at the time of booking.

5.3 Incidental Charges

A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges. We will place a hold on your credit card to cover estimated incidental charges and any potential damage to the room or property.

6. Property Rules and Regulations

6.1 Smoking Policy

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in non-smoking rooms or areas will result in a cleaning fee of $250.

6.2 Pet Policy

Service animals are welcome at our property. Non-service pets are permitted in designated pet-friendly rooms only, subject to a pet fee of $75 per stay.

6.3 Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation to any person who, in the opinion of management, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is disorderly, threatening, or abusive.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calnariq Casino Hotel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, loss of income or profit, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your stay or use of our Services.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
